Sam,
Can you please end through a preview of the presentation and we can take a look. Thanks!

Hi Sam,

The link you are trying to use is invalid. Could you forward me the link you wish to configure? You can forward this to support@risevision.com if you have any privacy concerns. Afterwards, you will need to select Shared Playlist URL Type 1 or 2 from the first dropdown.

Additionally, I see you have two Youtube placeholders placed on top of one another. This is causing the blinking that you see in preview. Kindly add the second Youtube playlist to the first placeholder, this way they can play one after the other.

Let me know how it goes!

Ashleigh

Thanks Ashleigh! I was able to fix the presentation and it previews correctly. However, now that I've scheduled it to my display (the schedule previews correctly as well), the actual display screen is giving the "invalid parameter" message.

Sam,
Thanks for sending the presentation link. It looks like the Daisy Presentation is in a 'Revised' state. If you can set the presentation to 'Published', this will publish the changes out to the Display itself. Thanks,
Hannah

Hi Sam,
I scheduled the presentation on my own Display and can play the audio fine. You may need to check the volume/audio configuration you have on your Display. Thanks
