Working with the Google calendar gadget  to put our lunch menu in a content placeholder. I have it working fine with the menu displaying in list format. My problem is that since lunch menu items are not entered in to Google calendar with times, the list display lists them as "All Day Meatball Subs" (today's actual menu item). Is there a way to change this? Also, since we are only open Mon-Fri., is there a way to tell the gadget to not display Sat and Sun?

The Gadget doesn't have an option to exclude weekends

Would it be better to use the Spreadsheet Gadget, and then edit the spreadsheet itself when the menu changes?  If you're looking at having the upcoming week set for the daily special, you would need 5 instances of the spreadsheet Gadget (you set each one to show for a particular day of the week).  They can all utilize the same spreadsheet (either different sheets, or specifying a range).

Thanks.

Unfortunately, the menu calendar is used by our mobile app and also our regular website so changing to a spreadsheet would be a lot of work and also break our food service director who has finally gotten the hang of editing a Google calendar. Is there any way to tell it to leave off the "All Day" part?

It may be possible to accomplish this with a custom layout.  You can find additional information regarding this here. The page also provides a list layout you can work from.

Thanks.
