Working Presentation now displays white screen

We have a customer that reported a white screen on their display today. Upon checking the presentation, it also won't even only shows a white screen. At first I walked down the Scheduling path, to see if certain widgets were off or if the schedule has reached it's termination, which has always been "No End Date". Neither of those solutions have worked. Copying the Presentation over to a new presentation didn't work either. I'm a bit perplexed on this one, as it had been running fine, but seems to be stemmed around the actual presentation, rather than the display. Can you guys check on one of the presentation to see if you can get it to play?

I'll continue to troubleshoot, but am at the stage where I think I could use your assistance.

Okay, I'd go ahead and mark this problem as solved. I found the issue, the Presentation Settings had a Play Until Done placeholder, that was marked in the Presentation, as not visible. Even though the placeholder was scheduled, marking it not visible removed all placeholders. I solved this issue by setting a different placeholder as the PUD in the Presentation that is visible....Voilà, my Presentation is playing again, and not a white screen. The Presentation has been setup this way for over a year, so I'd say something has changed on Rise Vision's end....hopefully this is helpful for anyone else experiencing the issue.

Thanks for the response. I'm going to continue to look into this, as you're the third user that has reported something of this sort in the last 24 hours. I'm not aware of any changes, but I'll check in with the teams responsible.

Thanks for this post....I had been experiencing this white screen problem for the past few weeks on only one of my displays...the display would only show a white screen all of a sudden....I'd play around and I would eventually be able to get it working again.  Today once I set the PUD to a placeholder that always shows the problem went away.  I would have never thought to do that.
