Hi John,

Do you have any remote connection software like Screen Connect, or Teamviewer on the computer? You'll need to manually download the install file from https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display and install it on the media player.

Do you have a remote desktop program setup on your display computer or is the display managed via some sort of management platform (LanDesk, Microsoft AD, etc)? Those would be the mechanisms for a remote update. The player has no in-built remote administration or update capabilities.

Hi John,
Do you have the Display ID or Company name available? I did a search for your email and came across an account which has three Displays.  One of them is on the updated Windows player, and then another one is on Windows also but looks like that Display and Display ID is currently attached to the Chrome App Player.

Thanks,
Hannah

If updating remotely with a 3rd app like team viewer is the the only option. I'll do it like that. Thanks!
