Windows 10: Installation Process could not be completed

I successfully installed RiseVision Player on a Windows 10 PC, and after a few days, it stopped running, displaying an error that said "Installation Process could not be completed."
I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. sometimes it has worked for a day or so, and sometimes just goes right back to that error message.

This is installed on a Windows sign-in that does not require a password, so it can restart directly to that account.

Is there any problem with antivirus programs and RiseVision Player? We use Panda Antivirus. I whitelisted the installation file in the antivirus program, and temporarily disabled the antivirus during initial installation, but still get the same error message later.
Also, upon exiting, I just get a black screen instead of the Windows desktop. I can get to Task Manager, but need to restart the computer to get back to the Windows desktop.

I have never seen that kind of behavior in any of our Windows players, but we also do not use Panda Antivirus. I leave Windows Defender on. basically I forbid them to be seen on network, disable Bluetooth, no WiFi, no updates from other PCs from the same network, do not allow content casting to players etc.
