William,

Can you confirm your URL is constructed correctly? It should be as follows:

https://storage.risevision.com/files/{companyId}?selector-type={type}

Replace the {} with the appropriate value. The different selector-type values can be: single-file, multiple-file, and single-folder

I was informed that we did make some changes recently to "In App" storage (storage accessed while in a Presentation) where it required the storage selector component to use a new url to point to.

I really apologize that you weren't made aware of this.

Please let me know if the above fixes your issue.

Thanks!

I think i have it corrected but it wasnt with the url. Could you test it to be sure. I was using something like the video widget and i went back to it and found the the a js file had changed so i redone some settings to get the setting to work properly and put in the new settings.js file and it worked. I did however use the selector-type since that was new.

Looks good to me now. I just tried adding your Widget to a Presentation, and selected the Storage icon, and everything about the Company's Storage subscription status came up.

Thanks!
