Reduce video sizes. The cheapest stick model is not very powerful device. All it has to work with your videos is it's tiny processor. Decoding 'heavy' stuff makes it overheat, throttle and hang up... you just knock the wind out of it. Ideally you should not even play videos on the stick, especially multiple videos. It is possible, though. Make videos smaller in size or/and alternate them with other static 'lighter' content, so the stick has some time to take a breather between video playbacks.

Hi Brian,

If you're still having problems after Darius' suggestion above, please provide a link to preview the Presentation and we'll take a look.

Also, there is something I forgot to mention. We are always installing players with external USB 80mm double fans https://www.amazon.com/Coolerguys-Dual-80mm-Cooling-Fans/dp/B002NVC1DS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=15... to supplement our fanless NUCs and sticks that have 1 puny little fan to cool processor, which sits there under load 24/7. Brian, this is not your priority, but something to consider.
