White screens / Wifi certificates

Hello, I encounter a problem following wifi network changes in my company. I use RisePlayer on ChromeOS. Certificates have been installed on the network. In spite of the fact that the wifi setting of chrome OS indicates not to check the certificates, when these are in place white screens appear on rise vision and block the broadcast. After rebooting it restarts but after a while it happens again. We did several tests and made a good connection between the implementation of the certificates and the issues. We do not know if the problem comes from chrome or riseplayer app but there does not seem to be any problem when the certificate is installed and chrome uses another kiosk application. Is it possible to see detailed logs on rise player to analyze precisely what is happening? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi there Yannick,

Since the Rise Vision Player is no longer supported on Chrome OS, I don't think I can offer much assistance here, as we don't have a network set up the same way you do, that is running these devices. I was doing some research on Keys and Chrome OS, did you follow the steps listed on this page? Is it possible that if these are managed Devices, that Google phone support could assist in this matter?

Thanks Rob. I was expecting this answer because riseplayer is not officially supported :-)

However I still wanted to ask you the question before contacting google (my chrome is managed in domain) to find out if this could have been seen in Riseplayer on other OS. On the other hand, is there a system of log in riseplayer that would allow me to carry out an analysis?
