White screen on two displays

I currently have a schedule assigned to 10 Windows displays. However, 2 of the displays are showing a blank white screen. I have tried clearing the cache (as described here: https://www.risevision.com/blog/user-tips-and-tricks-clearing-the-cache-on-your-digital-signage-disp...), I have uninstalled/reinstalled the client (as described here: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/how_do_i_remove_rva_from_my_display), and I have verified the presentation within the schedule is in the "published" state, however the white screen still shows.

Schedule settings:
Timeline: [x] Always
Distribution: [x] All Displays

Display IDs:
T6ZKGJJ839GE
U9CFV6SXPEBJ

Any ideas?

Within the scheduled presentation, can you ensure that the distribution for your placeholders are set to the Display IDs in question?

Ah, that was it. I didn't realized distribution was set on both the presentation and the schedule.
