White screen on new Rise Vision player install

I just installed 4 new players and 1 of them only displays a blank white screen while the rest of them display the default Rise presentation.

There is a red heart next to my problem display with the message, ""The display has been Blocked and the Block can last up to 3 hours."

I have tried clearing the cache and removing/installing the player...still no luck.

Not that I am aware of, you can contact them at http://store.cenique.com/contact-info to see if they have any plans for this or what the options are for adding time and date for Cenique devices.

The time and Date widget on rise vision that We are using right now, still works but there is a limit to the font size.

Yes I am testing right now 2 of the C110 Android Cenique devices. 

I am having communication issues with the 2 Cenique devices and the presentation.

One issue I have found is I set the time for the Cenique text scrolling Gadget to stop at a specific time and it should disappear on my presentation and it does not stop or disappear, but it does sometimes change the content. If I preview the presentation it functions properly, but not on the signs.

If I set both the Video message and the text scroll to timeout, one sign times out but the other does not. or One sign has the video but no text scrolling.

Is there a way to get the players to communicate better.

The little heart keeps turning red on one or the other sign.

Do i need to set something differently?
