Both players are quite capable. The Chrome Player is still listed in beta at this stage. For the most part, you could choose either and probably not see a difference in the Presentation.

What were you looking at having in your Presentation?

What are the differences in the Chrome and Windows players? If I have the choice to use either, I would like to know which one has the better possibility of stability and performance on Windows 7. OR, any other reasons why I would choose one over the other.

thanks!

Jay,

Thanks for the great question! There are some differences between the two players. The main being that the chrome player is entirely reliant on your installation of Google Chrome. If you update chrome, you're essentially updating the player as well. Windows (aka native) player is on a locked version until we update the application.

There are some other differences, like the ability to stretch the chrome app player across multiple displays. While the chrome player is still in beta, we are moving in that direction and anticipate it being our choice of player soon.
