When is the website going to be fully updated?

So I've been attempting to install Rise Vision on different boxes we have, but it seems like every link I'm given that links back to Rise Vision is giving me a 404 Error, including links in the backend of the software.  For example, I am experiencing a this message "This display has been blocked and the block can last up to 3 hours.", but when I click on the link that you all provide to get more information, I get a 404 error.  It's just getting frustrated when you try and troubleshoot yourself that everything is missing.

Any suggestions of the block error as well -- I've tried reading through other posts, but it seems hit or miss.  I am currently using a template by you all, the the Restaurant Menuboard, hosted on my server, but despite the content loading perfectly fine, it'll randomly go to a black-screen and state that the display is unable to access port XXXX.

My apologies for the broken URL's. We are working to get those corrected or removed as fast as possible. With regards to the display blocking that is not actually being enforced right now. 

With regards to the unable to access port XXXX we are really interested in finding out what this is. It only happens in some situations. Would it be possible to get remote access to this device?
