When I select the "Editor" from the "waffle," it loads but I get a plain white screen, no access to presentations, monitors, etc.

The Rise Vision "platform" doesn't seem to be working for me this morning... :(

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the App Selector. I've heard it called a rubiks cube, and tiles, but never a waffle!

Would you be able to clear your cache? If that does not solve it, could you try accessing it in incognito mode?

Clearing the cache solved the problem. These will run as single app kiosks [we have two boxes] attached to twin displays in our middle school lobby. We are hoping they can remain as "set-it-and-forget-it" as possible.
