Hi all,

I'm new to Digital Signage and wanting to start a business on this really soon.

Amongst other questions, I have the following?

What are you currently using Digital Signage for? Where are you displays installed? How are you generating a revenue from the solution? Do you provide advertising opportunities to your clients on your displays?

What Internet access is best practise in your experiences? Do you connect to the sites wifi or do you provide your own 3G or some sort of connectivity?

Thanks,
Regards,

For opportunities with clients, the branding white labeling thread by Wendi Borden has some case scenarios.

There is an interesting thread all about moveable displays from Robert Schoneman which had some discussions about connectivity also.

We also have a small gallery of examples here.

Good day HSuarez,

Thank you for your response and info.

I am interested in setting up a network of displays in restaurants, doctors rooms and most waiting areas to display advertisements that we would have sold to our clients.

We will provide the ad design and platform to display the ads on our displays, at a monthly fee to our clients. Is there anyone providing a similar solution to their clients?

Does anyone else have any input for their recommendations on internet connectivity for displays using RV?

Thanks,
Regards,

Hi Greg,

Here's a couple threads that I found that may be useful, they are discussing setting up networks:
