It works flawlessly during preview but I get a "403 Forbidden" page when published.
This appears to be an issue with the URL that you're trying to display. It's possible that they are blocking that from being displayed from certain domains. Which is why you can preview it from your computer just fine.
Unfortunately, no. A policy change on their end is really the only thing that would change this kind of domain restriction.

One workaround that I believe would solve this is to use that HTML snippet on a hosted website, then use the Web Page Widget to serve that website to your presentation.
The issue is with the code that gofundme gives you. It's looking for a local file. I had to mess with it myself to get it to work on several platforms before I found a workaround.
