Webpage Cache Issue

I have a presentation set to display a webpage that is running a Java app.  It was working fine and then all of a sudden the webpage refreshes itself every couple of seconds and re-logs in to the app.  I have tried setting the page to never refresh, display all the time etc...

If I preview the page from my PC its fine, if I do it from the player (compute stick win 10 ltsb) also fine.  But the player seems to have cached the page and is stuck in a loop (if it fully reloaded the page I should get a login screen but I don't it goes straight to the logged in app page).

I need to completely unload this web page from the player how do I do that?
I've tried:
Uninstall player, reinstall
Deletete Appdata\Local\RV App folder
Clear browsing history in chrome
Delete and recreate display in RV portal
Uninstall and Reinstall after doing above

Hi there,

If I am looking at the right Company, it looks like you are using the HTML Widget, and not the Web Page Widget, is that right?

Can you tell me the name of the Presentation that is having this issue?

Under the Sub Companys - South End Fire - WhoIsResponding
It is indeed the Web Page Widget that is having the problem.
And yes I know my display is offline i've opened a preview of the schedule full screen from chrome as its working properly until the cache issue is resolved.

Sorry for the delay. Even when I preview or try to use a test version of this Presentation, it tells me I need to enter a Device Pin. The Web Page Widget does not support authentication, I wonder if this necessity for a device pin is part of the issue here? Is there any way we can get this page to function without the pin?

Negative, its a third party app they give us the pin, we input it in the page, it does its thing.  Their suggestion was just to load a full screen web page but i'd rather use it within my exisiting rise vision presentation.  However if the web page widget won't support it i'll likely scrap the rise vision presentation as the information from this app is more important to display.

I'm not sure I can provide you the device pin either, but I can confirm that it only happens on the device not the preview.  Is there a way to completely clear the device side cache?

Hey there,

I'm not sure how to proceed here. As Robb mentioned, Rise Player doesn't support authentication of any kind, so it's likely that this website won't display properly.
