Is there a way to auto scroll a webpage, that if there is content that is off the page it would scroll to the bottom to show all hidden content.

Hi Tomaž,

Our Web Page Gadget doesn't have the ability to scroll content so that it will show items off screen.

Having said that, anyone can take the gadget and modify it for their own needs. Maybe somebody can come up with a solution that works for you. You can find links to the source code and documentation via the Web Page Gadget's help page.

Thanks.

Text is working!  I think it helps to see the HTML code working in the HTML editor.

The scrolling website worked the first time.  Is there a way to make it stop scrolling?

Thanks!

I'm liking the Marquee tool.  I'm also liking viewing the HTML before pasting into a presentation.

Thanks!!

Hi Blake:

Her code gave me a big boost in the right direction.  The comment about marquees was also very good.  I looked at another took for digital signage before coming to you.  I invested time, but the lack of a vibrant community of users and developers was a turnoff.

My next challenge is to improve the scripts that have the files or text "hard coded" to take input from a directory of images or text files.

I'm thinking that I might need one of my friends who code in Python.  I have a Python script for my RaspberryPi that fills up a directory with time lapse photos.  What I want is the reverse.  I want to look at a directory of images and have a web page generated.

Cheers,

Bert
