Web Widget with error of "Couldn't load plugin" in Win10

Just brought up a new Win10 box and installed Chrome and most recent Rise Player.

When creating a presentation using the Web Widget and pasting a URL to a live stream, it works on preview but does not work when scheduled on the screen.

The screen comes up and looks like it will load but will stop and say "Couldn't load plugin".

This is the same presentation that is working on 2 other Win7 computers but not on the Win10 we just brought up.

Hi Rich,
Which presentation is this? I may have located your account and can see two recently edited presentations - Corona KTLA or QSC-Updates

Thanks!

Hi Hanna, I tried creating a new presentation using the new editor under Corona KTLA.  That had the same plugin error.   The KTLA-LiveFeed is the one that is working with Win7 but not Win10.  Both use the same livestream URL.

Real strange, it works fine with the Preview in the Editor.

Hi Rich,

I made a test presentation on one of the livestream links in your account and was able to get it working after following the steps here. We've just published the article this morning also.

Let me know how you go with the article,

Thanks

Hannah
