Weather Widget 403: Access Forbidden

Hello,

I have two presentations running a web page widget that is supposed to display a weather radar. Up until a few days ago, it worked fine. However, recently both of the presentations stopped displaying the radar widget.

The placeholder that houses this radar widget also cycles the Rise Vision Weather gadget (3-day forecast) and one of them shows a local traffic report, both of which work.

When the cycle gets to the radar widget, the display shows "Access Forbidden! Access to this resource is forbidden. Error 403" in the placeholder.

The link that is in the widget is http://www.tephigram.weather.net/cgi-bin/razradar.cgi?zipcode=72701&width=626&height=373 if that helps at all. I was not the one who initially set up these presentations, so I'm not sure where, exactly, that link originated.

Thanks!

Daken

mtown,

Unfortunately I think it may be time to switch to a different weather provider instead of that URL. When I go to http://www.tephigram.weather.net/, I just get the word "Weather" in the top center of the page, which is a link to a different site.

My recommendation would be to remove this Web Page Widget from your Presentation, and use one of our Third Party Widgets for weather.

I hope that helps!

Upon switching to a different weather provider, our problem has been solved.

Thank you!
