The Support App (https://support.risevision.com) is a subscription service that provides a one-on-one level of service to help you resolve technical issues and help you get the most out of the applications and widgets from Rise Vision. From the Support App (https://support.risevision.com) a User in your Company can check estimated response times, create a new ticket or check on the status of an existing ticket.

The Support App is available for purchase from the Rise Vision Store (https://store.risevision.com/#/product/14/rise-priority-support) and can be purchased as a monthly or annual subscription.


Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Central Time, holidays excluded.

Once subscribed, you can create a new ticket by selecting the "New Ticket" button or review your existing tickets under the "Your Tickets" section from the Support App (https://support.risevision.com).


   




Selecting on an existing Ticket from the "Your Tickets" section will present the details page for that Ticket and includes a conversation history. From this page you can submit new comments, add an attachment or simply let us know the ticket is resolved.
