We switched to a cloud based computer network At that time our display stopped working. The tv is on and the server is on and connected. How do I get back up and running?

If the Display is on, all you should need to do is install the Rise Vision Player, which you can download from here, create a Display in your Rise Vision Company, which in turn will give you a Display ID, and plug in that Display ID when prompted.
