We keep having issues with the player not loading. It will try to load, I will reboot but it still stays red and does not boot. Anyone else?

We keep having issues with the player not loading. It will try to load, I will reboot but it still stays red and does not boot. Running Chrome .Anyone else?

Hi Kim,
Can you please confirm the name and details of the Display? I can see the Bossier Schools account there is currently one Display called "BIC-LobbyTV". I've also noticed that the operating system is 'cros/arm' which I believe is the shorthand for the Chromebit. Let me know!

Thanks, I've just navigated into the account there are the two Displays - both are on ChromeOS.

It looks like this is on another packaged version of the Chrome App Player. Can I please suggest removing the app and then reinstalling CAP again via this link.

The second item to check is whether or not the Displays' connectivity are being affected - either under a proxy or if there are firewall configurations that is preventing resources being accessed by these Chromeboxes. The list of resources are under 'Install Rise Player' in this page. If it's a persistent issue with the Player not loading at all, it does sound like it is being affected by the network.
