Virtual keyboard not showing up in kiosk mode in ChromeOS

I created an interactive presentation in the editor and wanted to show it in a Chromebox device with a touchscreen. However, when I click on input fields on the website the virtual keyboard does not show up.

If I reboot the chromebox (where I have my issue) in chromeOS mode, or even using the Chrome Sign Builder app in kiosk mode, the virtual keyboard is working as expected. It looks like my problem is related to Risevision and the rise player more than to ChromeOS itself (maybe i'm wrong).

Do you have any idea on how to have a virtual keyboard showing up in a touchscreen for a chromebox ?

Thanks for your help,

Hi Zakaria
Please see this thread at https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/keyboard-events regarding referencing out to a virtual keyboard in a presentation.

There is also a repo within RV about onscreen keyboard, please see https://github.com/Rise-Vision/content-keyboard-form which references https://github.com/sdeering/onscreenkeyboard

Hope these links help you in starting off!
