I have videos playing on some devices and I have the same videos not playing on some devices. Could this be a storage issue? Do I need to relink all the videos I have on presentations for the players that aren't working? I have cenique devices.
We have created a support ticket for this issue and have provided a work-around for you to resolve this issue. The issue is due to a change in our Cenique Player and it does not impact most installations. It is not an issue with Rise Storage.
