Videos not playing?

I have videos playing on some devices and I have the same videos not playing on some devices. Could this be a storage issue? Do I need to relink all the videos I have on presentations for the players that aren't working? I have cenique devices.

Hi Ann,

I haven't seen anything wrong with videos.

Have there been any changes to the Presentation?  If Distribution settings were modified for the videos, it could cause them to not show up on some Displays.

Since you're using Cenique devices, with their Video Gadget, it may be best to inquire with them to see if there's a solution.

I haven't seen any issues on my end, but that's using our Video Item along with desktop computers.

I'll ask them to respond to this thread.

Hello Ann,

We have created a support ticket for this issue and have provided a work-around for you to resolve this issue. The issue is due to a change in our Cenique Player and it does not impact most installations. It is not an issue with Rise Storage.
