Videos not Displaying

I was able to see my videos on several presentations but now I cannot.  The one change that I can think of that I made was to update my risevision storage from 'free' to paid for.  I then added several videos and now they are not displaying.  One presentation is displaying the others are not.  The time widget works.  Here is a link to my schedule with one presentation working and the other three not.  Do you need a different type of link?  Thank you!

I've replicated this issue and alerted our Delivery Team to the problem. They will be taking a look to see what's going on. I'll get back to you with an update once I have more information.

Can you refresh your media players and tell me if the videos are now displaying? It looks like the content is available on my end now.

Glad to hear it! Sometimes if a subscription expires, and then is re-subscribed, the company user must log out and back into Rise Vision for the subscription to update. I believe that's what happened in this case.
