Video playback - Proxy

I just did a reinstall of the RV player and now my videos will not show on my displays.  We are using a proxy server and yes, I did download and save the properties file to the Rise Cache.  Note, this worked yesterday.  Only after new install is it not working.  Any thoughts

Is this using the Chrome App Player, or the 'native' Player for that operating system? (only ask since we suggested the Chrome App Player in a different thread)

If it is the Chrome App Player can you ensure that the proxy settings are set in Chrome?

If it is for the 'native' Player, can you ensure that all the steps outlined here have been followed?

native player.  yes, followed steps.  and it worked perfectly yesterday (before uninstall/reinstall)

Was there a new ID assigned to this Display?  If the Presentation was only set to show the videos to a select Display, it is possible this new Display doesn't have the proper ID and thus isn't set to show the videos.
