Video won't play

We have .mov files that are published in several different presentations, with each presentation playing on a different display (Berkeley, Chicago, Toronto).  The videos play on all of the displays except one (Toronto).  I have tried to play a working presentation (Berkeley) on the display that wasn't playing videos (Toronto) and it wouldn't play.  I tried playing the Toronto presentation on the Berkeley display and the video played.  The Toronto display is using the  latest Rise player so I upgraded Berkeley to the latest Rise player.  Now neither play video.  Any suggestions?

Hi Rex,
Are you able to convert the .mov files to webm or MP4 and link to these using the newer Video Widget? For codecs, you can use H.264 video and AAC audio for MP4 and VP8 video and the Vorbis audio codecs for webm. Thanks!

Rex,

MOV's are not supported, I would strongly suggest converting to WebM to see if this solves the issue.

Also, I see you are using the Video and Image Item instead of the Video and Image Widget. I would strongly suggest changing these to the Video and Image Items to ensure better reliability for these content items.

I wonder if this has to do with the Display distribution in the Placeholders. When I look at the distribution for the single Placeholder in the Presentation TOR - Ad Monitor, it is only going to one Display:

Could that be the issue here?
