We are trying to create a new presentation(using current not Classic Editor) to playback multiple videos and are having an issue where it plays some and then stalls and then does not go forward. It seems to happen after approximately 6 individual videos. (If we have a list of 5 it stops in second loop, if we have less it does more loops)

We are implementing on our local display before rolling out to other locations. Is this issue familiar?

The config of this player is included below.

Player Version: Cenique 4.0.7

Hi there Paul,

Thanks for sending that additional info in!

Looking at your Player info, i see you are on an older version of the Cenique player (4.0.7). and they are up to 4.1.3, and I bet that a lot of your issues will be taken care of with that update.

if you can follow the steps listed in this forum post, they will be able to get you upgraded to that new version in no time.

Let us know if you are still having issues after the upgrade.

Thanks!

I'm thinking that there was some external factor. That issue went away on its own. Along with Preview not working for Presentations that had worked fine just an hour before (and were unchanged)

And as you're suggesting we are already gathering the serial numbers for the Players so we can get them upgraded to the current version.

Fantastic to hear Paul, thank you!

You have to love when issues go away on their own...but hate that you never know what fixed them...lol

Thanks!
