Video playback problem

An update to the Rise Video widget today caused the video playback to stop working on the Cenique players. This only affect units that have V4 installed and using the new Editor with the Rise Video Widget. All devices shipped or updated in March with V4 will be updated as soon as the app is available. The last time we released anything for our Video Widget was 8 days ago. Did issues just start occurring today?

Just trying to determine what may be the cause here.
