Aimee, in order to receive some workable advice/help you need to give us your display rig and video file details too.

I used youtube videos. Downloaded using clipgrab. Then made a video widget display. I have made several videos this way but for some reason this particular video is not working.

Aimee, could you give me the link to this YouTube video. Also, what is the player device you are using there?

It worked for me: http://preview.risevision.com/?type=presentation&id=e64be211-4256-4b96-be23-bb794e509ae7

I downloaded the file with ClipGrab as MPEG4 @ the best possible quality 480p; uploaded it to my Rise Vision storage; playing it with Video Widget and used 'Custom URL' for video link.

Aimee,

HAH! This was driving me crazy until I realized the issue, and I was kicking myself for how obvious it was :)

Take a look at the resolution of your Placeholder, it is 19200 but 1080. If you change that from 19200 to 1920, you will see the video. I hope that helps!

None of the videos are working. Yes, the steps above are exactly what I did. I have down 3-4 youtube presentations in the past few weeks and they have worked. But this presentation which I thought I set up the same way is not working.

Robb, right, very often it is the spacer between the monitor and the chair causing all sort of weird problems... happened to me before )))))

Oh my gosh! Yes, that was it.  I feel so silly now but at least it wasn't anything major or wrong with the video. Thank you!!
