Video not playing

Video not playing on one of our displays. I have tried rebooting it several times and just get a black screen. Our other 4 displays playing the same video are working. The display ID is: 82R9E2JUQUYK

Just a few details from you:
Can you please advise the name of the Displays that are working? No need to send through the Display ID since I am able to find these in your account.

If you can also confirm that the issue is occurring for all videos in the account. If not all videos, if you can also send through the name of the presentations and we can take a look at the content.
