Video Looping Not Working

I have two Azulle Quantum Bytes running Windows 10 and I am using the Vimeo Video Widget. I have no issues with one of the players everything works perfectly. The other player which is set up exactly the same will not loop the video.

We have rebooted the player and changed the presentation to match the other TV which is working correctly. When player is rebooted The video loops once then the video stops when it reaches the end of the video.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oddly enough, the Developer of the Vimeo Widget got in touch with me informing me that he was trying to get hold of you, so I think you guys are working on this right now.

Are both Quantum Bytes in the same location running off the same network?

Are they connected via WiFi? or wired Ethernet?

Using the Rise Video Widget we can get stalled loops when WiFi connection is sketchy or overloaded. 

Also, because the Quantum Byte is fan-less unit, download a free CPU temperature utility like CoreTemp and run it and Windows Task Manager on top of Rise Player to see if the CPU Temperatures are at or close to maximum. CPU throttling can cause lag which can cause stalled videos. Atoms run hot and heat soak pretty quickly, we have not tested the Quantum Byte specifically but we're staying away from lower end passively cooled units becasue while the never stop they CPU throttle to sludge and that causes all kinds of response timeouts.

Let us know what solves this.
