This presentation (ba3c177e-86f9-4d65-b7ce-49cd3670a535) has 16 small videos put in loop, however when i preview it, it goes up to video #4 (G_1) and then keeps playing that video.

All videos are in WebM format.

Am i making any mistake :(

Sanjay,

Can you tell me if the same thing happen when the presentation is assigned to a display?  I assume you are using the latest HTML5 Video widget, is that correct?

Have you tried using the Google developer console to watch what is happening when you preview?

No i am using the default Video Item. Is it not supported?

It is being superceded by the HTML5 video widget.  The old Video item is still available at the moment but will be removed from the selection at some point in the near future.

If you still see an issue, let me know if you see an issue on your display as well, or if it is just in Preview?  The HTML5 Video widget works on the Chrome Packaged App Player (CAP for short).

I have switched to HTML5 video widget and queued up three videos in this presentation:
http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=1ae60629-f337-474e-902a-e31212c63...

However, it just give blank white screen on Preview and Display.

Your thoughts, please?

Further testing reveals that if i switch to old Video Item, the videos work ok in the loop.

So i am going update the presentation and replace HTML5 video widget with Video Items but do let me know what is the recommended approach and if something like this is a known issue.

Sanjay,

I'm doing a test on this now with playing the video from my Storage.  I suspect this has something to do with the specific URL you are using from Amazon.  Yesterday I believe you had an issue with a video as well, but when you re-uploaded it, it corrected the issue.  Could this be the same thing, would you be able to try that with one of the 3 videos and let me know what happens?

Sanjay,

I did two tests.

I uploaded your video to Rise Storage and it plays from there.

I uploaded it to our own Amazon S3 account and it plays from there as well.

The URL you use for your Amazon account looks like a different construction than the one we use, and has this on the end of the URL - AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAIPTEKRYOSJORHQMA&Expires=1427985045&Signature=6l500lsHBpdTrnOIBpgNMS6nisA%3D

That may be relevant to why your Amazon link is not working.  Can you take a look at that?

Sanjay,

We are working on the HTML5 Video widget right now, but that is for a different issue.  Currently, I am not seeing any issues with that widget playing your video (I kept it up).  However, while you figure out the issue with your URL, you might want to use the Video item and then see where we are at with our work on the HTML5 Video widget.  It is high priority so I expect it to be soon.
