When setting up a new user I used the company email address. What is the password for them to login?

Hey there,

We use google authentication for user accounts. The email address you provide will need to be associated with a google account, your Rise Vision account will authenticate based on that.
Ok so I am trying to setup our company user using a work email address. When she logs in with her email address and it won't accept her gmail password. I had her create a gmail account and try logging in that way with no luck. Could I be missing a step here?

Hey there,

The problem might be that you have the first email open in your browser and Rise is using that email to log you in. I would suggest opening an incognito window and then signing in under the newly created email address.

Let me know if this works otherwise, we'll have to see what else could be the matter.

I am also facing the similar issue. I created a user and mentioned his google email account but he is not able to log into my company. It asks him to create a new account, new company although I assign a limited level of user privileges in my company. What can be the possible reason?

The typical reason for this is he may need to clear his cache and try logging in again with the appropriate email. Check out this article for more info on this.
