Urgent ! Storage not loading anymore (subscribed)

Hi,

Since the past half hour, I cannot see my folders or data in the storage.
I have a subscription for the storage since last month. Everything worked fine untill now.

 Can anyone help me with this issue ? It is quite urgent !

Tom,

Is it possible you are logged in as a different user? Can you go to http://storage.risevision.com, and log in with the account you log into the Rise Vision Platform with, and let us know what the subscription status is? Thanks!

Hi Robb,

I'm logged in as before with the same user account. 
The subscription status in the storage is 'subscribed'. If I go to the storage, I see that the 'loading' frame for a few seconds and than it stops.

Hi Robb,

I've cleared my cache and history in the chrome browser, restarted and it seems te be working again.
Unless you have done something to get it up running again ?

I was just going to ask you to clear your Browser history when I saw you responded. We didn't do anything over here, so I thin your issue was solved when the cache was cleaned out.
