updating rise player nano

I have a rise vision cenique nano - on my rise vision log in it says player version is unsupported I have rebooted device and it doesn't update.

How do I update it do I need to plug into a pc and how would I do this????

My presentations just don't load anymore please help.

The Cenique Players are indeed not supported by Rise Vision. Information on the supported Operating Systems can be found here: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001817143-Rise-Player-supported-operating-systems

Cenique announced a while ago that they were no longer going to be updating their Players and mentioned that users could reach out to them and they will unlock the device, and you can install a different Digital Signage Player on it. The one that works with Rise Vision in the My Rise Player. Did your Presentation simply stop working? Or did your device stop working? If your device stopped working, my recommendation would be to reach out to Cenique to inquire about getting the unit replaced.
