This just started happening recently, we noticed it in the past hour or so, but when we go to save the update when changing something like the Time Interval or switching the interval to play until done, or make any other change.

When you hit save > then publish > the changes revert to the way the project was before.

PLEASE HELP! We cannot get anything done!

We are having the same issue. Any subtraction of a presentation/device in a schedule/etc. will save and show the timestamp but after exiting and going back into the setting, it re-appears as if nothing happened. Risevision - please investigate!!

I'm having a similar issue. All our placeholders have lost the information in Properties > Distribution. Attempting to add displays to the distribution looks like it is working, but when I save and go back to  Properties > Distribution it is empty. Unfortunately this completely breaks our signage :(
We are experiencing a similar issue when trying to modify presentations. Every time I save, the placeholder image comes back and the new image disappears.

Rise! Can someone please advise as to the status of this widespread situation? It seems a lot of people are experiencing technical difficulties. This doesn't seem to have any relation to the Amazon AWS issue from yesterday. We need someone to address this problem.

We are also experiencing the same issue.
Has anyone been able to get through to Rise to get this issue solved? We left a voicemail and submitted a message to their website. No response as of 3/2/17 at 1:00pm central time. Thanks.

Hello everyone!

This issue was actually mentioned in this community update yesterday. The issue is now corrected, so all should be working as expected.

Also, just a quick reminder that it takes us a few days to respond to non-priority support subscribers. More info on what is included in Priority Support can be found here.

Thanks everyone!
