On 1/5 our displays began going offline and they are unable to connect to risevision. We use player 2.0.035. Displays are showing the "Aw, Snap!" message. Is this a risevision outtage of some kind? There does not seem to be any local network/firewall issues.

Hi there David,

There were no issues that we are aware of, and everything appears to be functioning normally this morning over here.

Looking at your Company, it looks like your Storage subscription is currently in a suspended state, so that may be playing a factor here. I see the majority of your Presentations are using your own file storage, but I wasn't able to go over all your Presentations because there are a lot of them in there :). Typically that does not change the content to "Aw Snap", and instead it shows a blank screen.

That is indeed a very old version of the Player, and is no longer supported. I would recommend installing the latest version of the Rise Vision Player on at least 1 device to see if that corrects the issue, and following through on all the other devices in time. You can download the latest version of the Player from here: https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display

I look forward to hearing how you make out!

Upgrading to the new risevision is putting them back online. I haven't found a good way to automate this so Its taking time, but it works. Thanks.
