Unable to add storage subscription to cart.

When I select "Add to Cart" it hangs and I get the spinning "load" icon. Browser refresh and logging out and back in does not help.

Hi Wade,

We are not experiencing any issues with the store at this time.  Are you using Google Chrome as your browser?  If not, please try that.   If you are already using Google Chrome as your browser, please open a new incognito window and see if you have the same issue there.  To open a new incognito window, click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the browser and from the drop down, select 'new incognito window'.  Let us know if you still have issues after trying what I described.

The incognito window in Chrome solution worked. Thanks. Is there a reason why it only works in the incognito window? It worked fine last month using the regular Chrome browser.

Hi Wade,

The incognito window is an excellent first step any time you have any issues in your browser - not just with Rise.  It opens a new window without any cookies, browsing history and cache.  It what you are doing works in incognito, then it indicates there is some issue with your non incognito browser and cache.  The next step would be to clear the cache from your browser and you should be all set.  if you need to know how to do that, here is what google recommends: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en
