We have a Rise Vision presentation at 1920x1080. We have about 20+ screens running that presentation and have 2 TVs that are a little old school and have a resolution of 1366x768. When we run the presentation, it would go out of the screen.

What is the ideal solution in a situation like this?

Hi there!

The best situation in this case would be to create a second Presentation that is 1366 x 768, and play that Presentation on that other Display. The resolution of Presentations cannot be manipulated based on the resolution of the Display, so the best bet would be to create another Presentation at that monitor's resolution.

I hope that helps!

We have some pictures and videos that are 1920x1080 so we do not need to resize the pictures and videos but just the presentation?

Thank you Robb for your prompt response!

That is exactly right. My suggestion would be to create a separate Presentation, that is a resolution of 1360 x 768. This way you have 1 Presentation at 1920 x 1080, and another at 1360 x 768. You can use the same images and videos, as they will scale to fit in the Placeholder as long as that option is selected in the Widget settings.

I hope that helps!
