I have a monitor that has been used for a year and suddenly I come back from Christmas Break and the display is not full screen.  My presentation is set up to show at 1280x1024.  The video card is set to display at the same resolution.  Yet, the display is square and using just part of the monitor screen area.  (The TV max resolution is 1920x1080, but as I said, the display usually shows full screen.)  Any ideas?  Other monitors are fine.

Dick,

It sounds like the settings on the monitor may have been reset. Is there an option to stretch the screen?

In PC mode I have two choices and neither of them work.

Please take a look at my stuff and see if you can see the anomaly.  The presentation is "One Master Presentation" and the display is identified as "Seniors display".

Dick,

If the resolution of your presentation is set correctly, then there isn't much I can troubleshoot on my end. Do you know what kind of media player and display you are using? Can you check the documentation on both and ensure that the correct resolution is set to both devices?

RisePlayer 2.0.035, Display resolution cannot be changed.  I'll take another look.

No luck.  Thanks anyways.
