Trying to buy subscription failed

Our Churches trial expired on Sunday. The UI said it had a day left that morning, but it stopped working before service and expired that day. We tried to sit down and buy a year subscription that morning with our worship pastor that had the credit card, and was approved to purchase.

So he tried a few times on two different computers to purchase, but it had a red banner saying there was a problem and to try again. I thought maybe the system was down for a day, so we turned off the display that was running rise.


Or if you know that the store was down on Sunday, I can try and convince them to try again?

Sorry to hear you were having trouble. Can you send an email to store@risevision.com with the details of the user that was trying to purchase as well as the Company name and I will investigate the reason you were getting an error?

Awesome, They got it sorted out - seems the card company was blocking other countries. We are up and running again, thanks for the help.
