Trouble with network menu : missing many options

I'm checking that the network menu provides only a few options today (I've not been connecting for some times) and does not fit with the manual at : https://help.risevision.com/user/company/network-settings 
I don't get the options to customize my layout.
Here are the only options I've :
I've checked on various companies getting the same behavior.
Is there an issue or is it a recent change reducing the customization ?
