Traffic widget updating only 1 out of 3 displays

I have noticed something about the traffic updating issue. We have 3 displays, 2 live and 1 test. The test player is running the 'rise player' with the icon being the green triangle and little PC. The live players are the 'rise vision player' with the icon being the circle/globe. The 'rise player' IS updating, the others are not.

Hi TE Signs,

We just pushed out an update that implements a workaround for the map tile caching issue. Hopefully that addresses the inconsistency you're seeing. Please keep us posted!

No, that didn't solve the problem. Like I said, 2 out of the 3 displays are running a different player. The display running the different player works. The other 2 running the 'rise vision player' do not. Why is this?

No, it isn't. Not without a refresh. But even if that were correct, the displays are not updating. Well, 2 of them aren't, one is. That is the issue here.

TE Signs, we found that one of our displays was also not updating. We uninstalled and reinstalled the RV Player on the device and all now seems well. Maybe one of the Rise Vision folks can speak a bit better to it, but the working theory is that the player was still using an old, cached version of the widget that we updated this morning. Reinstalling the player would have cleared that, allowing it to grab the latest version of the widget with the fix.

You may want to try that?

The 'old' version of the player is the one that is working correctly!

I will try and reload one of the displays and see if that helps the matter. I will get back shortly.

I have this running on the newest version of Rise Player, and I am seeing it update. If you could, please uninstall and reinstall Rise Player and let us know if this issue persists.

It seems to be working on one, but not the other. I am going to let it run and then do it's update tonight. I will get back with you tomorrow. Thank you both for your help. Hopefully it will be working tomorrow.

When I got in this morning neither were working. I uninstalled/reinstalled the Rise Player again and so far, so good. If there are any issues after it reboots tonight I will let you know. Thank you both for your help.
