Hi, I'm wondering if there are any known issues on this.

I have a couple of displays using Windows 8.1 and touch works on the machines, but doesn't do anything on the rise app. You can see the touch points on the screen, but it doesn't affect anything, like links.

I just want to add that i have i have 'Hide Mouse Pointer:' unchecked in presentation settings.

zalmyk,

There are not any known issues with interactivity at this time. Which player are you using, Native or Chrome App Player?

Zalmyk,

What kind of content are you serving on the presentation? Are you using the web page widget, or others?

Hi Blake, The issue was resolved by using the chrome app. I had no idea the native player wasn't being supported any longer.

Thanks for all the help.
