There was a problem retrieving the file from rise cache. Just one tv

Hi

On one of our tvs we keep getting this error. On the other tv's the same content works fine but just on this one tv it just keeps giving me the error There was a problem retrieving  the file from rise cache. I run all the content from an iis internal server. 

I have the same problem for videos and images.

Can someone please help.

Hi There,

is it possible that this Player is running an older version of the Rise Vision Player, or are they all on the same version? You can determine the version by going to the Displays tab, and selecting the Display in question. Make sure that the Player version is RisePlayerElectron 2016.12.21.19.44.

If it is an older version, you can download this latest Player from https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display.
