The restaurant we installed a raspberry pi digital signage system. But every time it reboots the digital signage changes from 1920x1080 to 640x480.

We keep have to go in change it manually an its not good for the business.

Why does it keep changing and if so how can we have it so we can change it remote or it stays at 1920x1080 for good. PLEASE HELP??

Gursharn,

The Pi is not a supported device by Rise Vision, however several users have had great success in this forum thread: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/community-supported-raspberry-pi-2-instructi...

You may want to ask your question in there to see if someone can assist.

Thanks!

Hi Gursham - you should ensure your config.txt file is set to use the desired screen resolution. More information on this can be found at https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/config-txt.md and especially in the HDMI_GROUP and HDMI_MODE settings. For more asistance do as Robb suggests and ask for help in https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/community-supported-raspberry-pi-2-instructi...
