The Centique Android App is not being detected on the Display Tab... Help.

I have downloaded the Cenique App on a Android Device.  I added the Display ID to the device and it accepted it and took me to the Rise Vision Ad.  I created and published my presentation and I don't get anything on the Display.  I created a Schedule and Display as well, The Display tab is giving me a warning that no software is installed.  I have tried everything to get this android to work on my monitor with no luck.  PLease help me.  I currently have the Android with the app open and I just get the Rise Vision Ad and not my presentation.

Are you certain that you input the correct display ID (from the displays tab) into the player? You can double check this by pressing escape one the Cenique player and clicking the display ID button.

Yes I triple checked everything and still couldn't get it to work.  I had to download a different android app and it is working correctly now on the 2nd app.

Have you downloaded the free Cenique Android App for Rise from the Google Store?

We do not provide support for the free download and would recommend creating a simple Presentation, to eliminate the possibility you are using gadgets which are not supported in the free download. For example create a Presentation that only has an image or only has a Text item in a placeholder. Ensure that the Schedule which links the Presentation to the Display is configured correctly. Also ensure the Presentation has been Saved and Published. If a simple presentation can be displayed, then your content (e.g. gadgets/widgets) are not supported by the free download.
