Prakash,

One more thing. Can you give me the name of the Windows display and the Linux display that you are testing this on?

Prakash,

Can you be more specific and tell me the exact name of a Windows display that you have this presentation running on?

Prakash,

I am unable to replicate this on my Ubuntu display.

I wonder if this may be a setting on the display itself. Perhaps the font that you are using in this presentaiton is not installed on the media player?

I am not familiar with Ubuntu, but maybe there is some font scaling setting in the system that can be adjusted (similar to Windows).

Is this Ubuntu 14.04? When installing the Rise Player, did you accept the terms to install the additional fonts to the system? I would try reinstalling Rise Player to ensure you have selected yes to that option.

Its ubuntu 16.04 LTS version. i will try that option blake. Will reinstall and see. Thanks for the support.

update:

I tried reinstalling rvplayer, and encountered error for installing mscorefonts. I changed the OS to linux mint 18 and after fresh install again tried rvplayer. ttf-mscorefonts gets installed but still face the same issue. I even tried reinstalling the rvplayer after installing the mscorefonts manually, it gives message the mscorefonts version is already the latest. In linux mint, the text scaling factor under font settings is set to 1.0

Prakash,

Neither Ubuntu 16.04 nor Mint are supported or tested on. We only support and test Ubuntu 14.04 at this time.
