Dear all,

I've just started RISE VISION as a platform of digital signage in a theatre.
I fell it is very useful and I'm very happy to use it in reasonable price.

Now, I'm trying to put one presentation to 4 displays and I would like to
make 4 display play one video in the same time.
I set one presentation to 4 displays and made a schedule to start at the same time.
At first, the 4 displays projected almost the same ones but time by time,
gaps among displays were born and they were becoming bigger.

Are there any tips to minimize or adjust the gaps?

I use 4 chrome boxes with wifi LAN connection.
Displays are SONY BRAVIA HD television.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Sato,

Thanks for your post! We don't have the functionality to synchronize displays. What you may want to try to do is schedule a blank presentation to run for 15 minutes, then start running your full presentation. This will give the opportunity for your schedules to all start at exactly the same time.
Thank you very much, Blake.

It sounds a great tip. I'd like to make it clearer.
You wrote, "schedule a blank presentation to run for 15 minutes".
Did you mean put a 900 seconds blank presentation before main one
in the schedule menu?
I put the screen image which I felt. Please tell me it is what you wrote
or not.

Thank you for your help.

Best,
Kazuto

Wont they always fall out of sync without a time base corrector and time code sync box locking all 4 sources? Seems like it would be better to get a video distribution box and splitter and then send all 4 screens the same single source feed. Thats how I heard his problem being addressed.
